Occupational Therapist
Shay brings a steady and supportive presence to our OT team. She is passionate about helping children develop the confidence and skills they need to thrive in daily life. Shay approaches therapy with curiosity, creativity, and a strong belief in meeting each child where they are. Families appreciate her consistency and the strong partnerships she builds with them along the way.

Anya is the founder and clinical director of Darling Pediatric Therapy. As a licensed speech-language pathologist with a passion for whole-child care, Anya created this practice to be a place where families feel truly supported — not just in progress, but in the process. She leads the team with a focus on clinical excellence, collaboration, and compassion. Anya believes in pairing each family with the right provider and takes great care in ensuring therapy remains personalized, purposeful, and relationship-driven.
